Refund and Return Policy for Kesar Lingeries

At Kesar Lingeries, we strive to provide you with the best products and an enjoyable shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy below:

Return and Exchange Eligibility

All items are eligible for return or exchange, except for items that do not meet the following conditions.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

Products should be in the same condition as received, without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returns or exchanges for products without tags or that show signs of wear, fragrance, body odor, or any alteration will not be accepted.

Process for Return or Exchange

Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@kesarlingeries.com or call +91-9219362456. Provide your order number, and attach images of the product for review.

Eligibility Check: Our team will examine the product to ensure it meets the return/exchange eligibility. If approved, you will receive detailed instructions for return or exchange.

Return Shipping: If the return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back.

Courier Pick-up: A courier agent will pick up the product from your address within 48 hours of approval for return/exchange.

Return Charges

Return Fee: A Rs. 100 charge will be deducted from your refund amount for each returned item.

Partial Return Fee: A Rs. 100 charge will apply for partial returns.

Exchange Delivery Fee: An Rs. 70 charge will apply for each exchange request.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@kesarlingeries.com. We will assess the issue and offer a solution, either by refunding or exchanging the faulty product.

Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving them. If any issues arise, reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: Refund processing may take a 3-7 business days to reflect in your bank or card account, depending on the payment provider.

Exceptions to Return Policy

Exchanges are allowed for all products, and you are entitled to one exchange per product.

Sale items and items purchased using promotional offers are still eligible for return or exchange if they meet the conditions outlined above.
